How we partner with clients

We’re all on the tools at Pead which means that our clients get the very best senior council as well as industry expertise. However, we don’t let this keep us in silos and we cross-collaborate across the agency daily so that our clients get the best of our unfair share of industry talent.

We know how to operate as a global lead agency or a local one, partnering with your internal team and your external agency partners as needed. And we can bring our cohort of specialist skills that cover creative, digital, issues management, strategy and integrated campaign execution to the team at any time.

Each of our account teams are led by one of the partners based on the industry sector expertise required, client fit, type of service required and capacity.  A core account or service team is allocated to each client, typically consisting of a Senior Account Director or Account Director, a Senior Account Manager or Account Manager and an Account Executive.

We also have admin support who take on the responsibility of finance, office management, IT and a range of other important tasks, such as arranging our Christmas Party.

This approach enables us to ensure that the very best talent is on hand to deliver for our clients – whether that is bringing specialist skills to the team, acting as a day-to-day consultant or networking with the networkers.
